Mr Noel Fisher is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, who specialises in foot and ankle surgery and knee replacement surgery. Mr Fisher’s private practice is exclusively at the Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield and his NHS practice is based at Macclesfield District General Hospital.
